Subscription Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to all subscription purchases made through The Jerky Co website. By placing a subscription order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Frequencies & Discounts
Subscription options are available on the following frequencies:
- Monthly – 15% OFF
- Every Two Months – 10% OFF
- Every Three Months – 5% OFF
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the selected plan.
Further discounts, promotional offers, or discount codes cannot be applied to subscription orders.
Cancellations
Orders that have entered processing cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.
Cancellation requests made during processing will apply only to subsequent scheduled orders.
Product Changes
Changes to subscription products made during the processing period will not apply to the current order.
Updates will take effect from the next scheduled order.
Plan Modifications
Customers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription frequency at any time.
Any change will adjust the applicable discount to reflect the current offer for the chosen plan frequency.
Skipping or Pausing
Subscriptions may be skipped or paused at any time.
Any order already charged and in processing will still be fulfilled.
Subsequent orders will be paused or cancelled in accordance with the customer’s selection.
Subscription Pauses & Stock Availability
From time to time, supply constraints may require us to temporarily pause fulfilment of active subscriptions. In the event this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and your billing will be paused for the same period - you will never be charged for an order we cannot fulfil.
Once stock is available again, we'll contact you before reactivating your subscription. You'll always have the option to resume, adjust, or cancel - no automatic restarts without your confirmation.

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping applies to orders of A$150 or more.
If subscription edits reduce the order value below A$150, shipping charges will apply.
If edits increase the value above A$150, Free Shipping will be reinstated.
Free Shipping is provided via standard Australia Post, with standard delivery timeframes.
Combining Purchases
Subscription items and one‑time purchases may be combined in a single transaction.
Subscription items will continue to ship according to the frequency selected.
Payment Failure
We understand that payment issues can occasionally occur. If your scheduled subscription payment fails for any reason, our system will automatically follow a simple process to resolve the issue.
Here is what you can expect:

Automatic Retries: We will automatically attempt to process the payment again, once a day, for three (3) consecutive days after the initial failure.

Email Notifications: You will receive an email notification from us each time a payment attempt is unsuccessful. This gives you an opportunity to log in to your account and update your payment information.

Subscription Cancellation: If the payment is still unsuccessful after the third and final retry attempt, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You will receive a final email confirming the cancellation.
To prevent any disruption to your deliveries, we recommend ensuring your payment details are kept up to date in your account dashboard.
Returns & General Policy
All subscription orders remain subject to The Jerky Co’s Shipping and Returns Policies.
Price Changes
The Jerky Co reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Where a price change affects your active subscription, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. The notification will include the updated price and the date it applies from.
If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the updated price, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting our team via email (info@thejerkyco.com.au) or call (08) 9303 2671 - If no action is taken, your subscription will continue at the new price from the stated effective date.
Price changes will not apply to orders already processed or scheduled before the effective date.
