Returns Policy
Please make your selection carefully. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or incorrect purchase.
If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, please get in contact WITHIN 3 DAYS of your delivery. For our team to assess any issues, they need your order number (can be found on your packing slip ORDER ID) and images of the product that has been received within this timeframe. Please do not throw away any products before our team has responded.
Each enquiry is assessed on a case by case basis. You may be required to return the products received for assessment. If our team does not receive adequate images or the returned product, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
