If stored in the freezer, in an unopened air tight container Beef Jerky and Snap Sticks can last 12+ months and Biltong can last 8+ months. Times may differ depending on storage conditions. If the seal is broken during this time, this will alter the lifespan.

Traditionally, Biltong is a South African method of drying meat. Biltong is dried as a full piece of topside beef before sliced. You will find that Biltong is softer in the middle as the product dried from the outside in, leaving the centre moist and juicy. In comparison, Jerky is sliced into thin slabs before the drying process begins. This results in a chewier, harder product which is completely dry unlike biltong. All Jerky is marinated in soy sauce resulting in a sweeter taste.

All bulk fresh products are vacuum sealed to maintain freshness throughout transit, with oxygen absorbers included. Each product will be packed as per the weight that is purchased on our website, we cannot pack products into customised weight increments. Depending on variant of air dried meats product the vacuum seal tightness will vary, this does not cause any issues to the product in terms of shelf life and freshness.

Freezer Storage Guidelines

To prolong the product's lifespan store products in the freezer. Keep the product in the provided sealed bag or in a sealed airtight container. Products must be defrosted safely for consumption. All products must be consumed within 1-2 days once defrosted. DO NOT refreeze the product. Refer to suggested times for freezer lifespan.

What happens if my payment fails?

Our system will automatically retry the payment once a day for three (3) consecutive days. You will receive an email notification each time a payment attempt is unsuccessful. If still unsuccessful after the third retry, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a final confirmation email. We recommend keeping your payment details up to date in your account dashboard.

How often do you charge for a subscription?

One delivery monthly: 15% OFF.

One delivery every two months: 10% OFF.

One delivery every three months: 5% OFF.

Discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the selected plan.

Can I combine with any other discounts?

Further discounts, promotional offers, or discount codes cannot be applied to subscription orders. However, you can order outside of your subscription plan with a discount code.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled, paused, or amended at any time except if the order has entered processing. Orders that have entered processing cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded. Cancellation requests made during processing will apply only to subsequent scheduled orders.

Can I edit my subscription?

You can edit your subscription at any time before the order begins to be processed. Changes made during the processing period will not apply to the current order. Updates will take effect from the next scheduled order.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Post): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from the dispatch day.

STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Post): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the dispatch day.

TOLL PRIORITY (Toll): Estimated delivery within 24 hours from the dispatch day, if it is heading to a Metro area. Regional areas may experience some delays of 24-48 hours in shipping times. Note, Toll does not deliver on weekends.

There may be slight delays with shipping in times of high traffic.

How much is shipping?

We ship all orders via Australia Post & Toll Priority. Shipping method can be selected at the end of the checkout process. Shipping fees are calculated according to destination, weight of the order and shipping method (Express, Standard & Toll Priority Shipping). We offer Free standard Shipping for any orders over $150+.

Please note we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes via Toll Priority.

My orders was undelivered, what now?

If your order is returned to our warehouse as it was undelivered, unclaimed, or refused, our team will get in touch to resolve the issue. If the parcel was returned due to a mistake in the address provided or unclaimed items there will be a fee to reship the item to you.
