Important Information About Your Physical Card
This gift card is exclusively valid for purchases at The Jerky Co retail outlets and is explicitly not accepted for online transactions.
Valid for 3 years from the issue date, the card holds no cash value and must be safeguarded like cash, as The Jerky Co assumes no liability for loss or theft. Furthermore, any returns for items bought with the card will be processed as store credit rather than cash refunds.
1. Where can I use this card? This gift card is exclusively for use at our physical The Jerky Co retail stores. Please Note: Due to current system limitations, this card cannot be used for purchases on our website (https://thejerkyco.com.au/).
2. Expiry Period: This card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
3. Check Your Balance To check your remaining balance, please visit us in-store or call (08) 9303 2671 with your card number ready.
The Formal Terms
Redemption: Redeemable for merchandise sold at The Jerky Co physical store locations only. Not valid for online orders, phone orders, or at third-party stockists. Can be redeemed in multiple transactions. Card cannot be recharged.
No Cash Value: This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Please treat this card like cash. The Jerky Co accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Lost cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Returns: Refunds for items purchased using this gift card will be issued as store credit or onto a new gift card.
Changes: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
