Before opening, all of our air-dried meat products are best kept below 5°C, in a refrigerator. Refer to best before date.

After opening, all of our air-dried meat products are best kept in an airtight sealed container below 5°C, in a refrigerator. Store just like any other cold deli meat that you purchase from the supermarket. Consume within 7 days of opening.
Freezer Storage Guidelines
Freezer Storage Guidelines
To prolong the product's lifespan store products in the freezer. Keep the product in the provided sealed bag or in a sealed airtight container. Products must be defrosted safely for consumption. All products must be consumed within 1-2 days once defrosted. DO NOT refreeze the product. Refer to suggested times for freezer lifespan.
FROZEN - Beef Jerky, Snap Sticks, Droëwors - Freeze sealed product within 7 days of receiving, it can last for up to 12 months if frozen correctly.
FROZEN - Beef and Lamb Biltong - Freeze sealed product within 7 days of receiving, it can last for up to 8 months if frozen correctly.

Our meat is proudly 100% Australian. We source the finest MSA grade beef and premium lamb that Australia has to offer. We take pride in our products and choose to support our local economy as much as we possibly can.

How will my order be packed?

All bulk fresh products are sealed to maintain freshness throughout transit, with oxygen absorbers included. Each product is provided in sealed bags, matching the weight purchased either split into 250g bags - or packed in a single bag. Depending on the variant of air-dried meats, vacuum seal tightness will vary; this does not affect shelf life or freshness. Please report any issues with your products to our team within 3 days of your order arriving.

We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). During periods of high order volume, there may be delays up to 5 business days. Please note in general, no couriers deliver on weekends and public holidays.

Our system will automatically retry the payment once a day for three (3) consecutive days. You will receive an email notification each time a payment attempt is unsuccessful. If still unsuccessful after the third retry, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a final confirmation email. We recommend keeping your payment details up to date in your account dashboard.

One delivery monthly: 15% OFF.

Orders can be cancelled, paused, or amended at any time except if the order has entered processing. Orders that have entered processing cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded. Cancellation requests made during processing will apply only to subsequent scheduled orders.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Post): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from the dispatch day.
STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Post): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the dispatch day.
TOLL PRIORITY (Toll): Estimated delivery within 24 hours from the dispatch day, if it is heading to a Metro area. Regional areas may experience some delays of 24-48 hours in shipping times. Note, Toll does not deliver on weekends.
There may be slight delays with shipping in times of high traffic.

We ship all orders via Australia Post & Toll Priority. Shipping method can be selected at the end of the checkout process. Shipping fees are calculated according to destination, weight of the order and shipping method (Express, Standard & Toll Priority Shipping). We offer Free standard Shipping for any orders over $150+.
Please note we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes via Toll Priority.

If your order is returned to our warehouse as it was undelivered, unclaimed, or refused, our team will get in touch to resolve the issue. If the parcel was returned due to a mistake in the address provided or unclaimed items there will be a fee to reship the item to you.

If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, please get in contact WITHIN 3 DAYS of your delivery. For our team to assess any issues, they need your order number (can be found on your packing slip ORDER ID) and images of the product that has been received within this timeframe.
