Promotion Period

The promotion commences on Monday 17 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Thursday 3 September 2026.

Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

How to Enter

To enter:

●      Place an order through www.thejerkyco.com.au during the promotion period.

●      No additional entry form is required.

Each eligible online order receives one (1) entry into the draw.

Purchases made at The Jerky Co kiosks, vending machines or through authorised stockists are not eligible for this promotion.

Winner Selection

This is a game of chance.

The winner will be drawn at random at:

9:00am AWST on Friday 4 September 2026

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided with their order.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will occur.

If the replacement winner also fails to claim the prize by 4:00pm AWST on Friday 18 September 2026, the prize will be forfeited.

Prize Conditions

●      Prizes are not transferable.

●      Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

●      If any advertised prize becomes unavailable, The Jerky Co reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

●      The Jerky Co is not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize after delivery or collection.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner at no cost, or collected by arrangement with The Jerky Co.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion will be used to administer the giveaway and may also be used by The Jerky Co to send marketing communications.

Your personal information will not be sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties.

General

The winner's name may be published on The Jerky Co website and/or social media channels.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the fair conduct of the promotion.
