Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Open to residents of Australia only.

Entry: Spend $30 or more in store on any selection of products. Entry is automatic upon completing the email sign up form. One entry per email. Multiple entries are allowed, however this is completed with separate emails. Prize is drawn from your email, and corresponding information.

Prize: This prize is a portable BBQ and a selection of Jerky Co products to the total value of $500. One winner will be selected at random per state. The prize will be supplied in in one package, to be collected from purchasing store. Two prizes, one per state: Western Australia and New South Wales.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the provided email address. If uncountable within 14 days, a new winner will be chosen at random. 

Data Usage: Information collected is solely for use within The Jerky Co marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and won't share your details with third parties.

Draw Date: The draw will take place on the 11th of February, 2025. The result will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Delivery: You will be requested to attend your purchasing store to claim the prize. We will email the winner when drawn to arrange collection. We do not ship out any winning prizes, they must be collected from a designated store location. ID must be provided on collection.
