Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Open to residents of Australia only.

Entry: Spend $30 or more in store on any selection of products. Entry is automatic upon completing the email sign-up form. One entry per email. Multiple entries are allowed, however, this is completed with separate emails. The prize is drawn from your email, and the corresponding information.

Prize: Prize: The prize is a tackle box full of packaged jerky to the value of $150 (the value
includes the tackle box). The winner will be selected at random. A prize will be
announced per store location

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the provided email address. If unclaimed within 14 days, a new winner will be chosen at random. 

Data Usage: Information collected is solely for use within The Jerky Co marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and won't share your details with third parties.

Draw Date: The draw will take place on the 30th April 2025. The result will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Delivery: You will be requested to attend your purchasing store to claim the prize. We will email the winner when drawn to arrange collection. We do not ship out any winning prizes, they must be collected from a designated store location. ID must be provided on collection.
