Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Open to residents of Australia only.

Entry: Entry is automatic upon completing the email sign-up form.  Multiple entries allowed, one entry per email.

Prize: 1kg of preferred The Jerky Co product. 10x prize winners drawn. Entry is granted at all participating The Jerky Co locations including online store.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the provided email address. If uncontactable within 7 days, a new winner will be chosen at random. Prize will be redrawn one time only. If the prize is not claimed before 20th of May @ 3pm, the winnings become null and void. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.

Data Usage: Information collected is solely for use within The Jerky Co for marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and won't share your details with third parties.

Date: The draw will take place on May 1st, 2026. The result will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Claiming prize: You will be requested to attend the store of purchase to claim the prize. You will be requested to take a photo with your prize. Online winners will have there order mailed to them.
