Ten years ago, The Jerky Co started with a family recipe, a lot of beef and a stubborn belief that Aussies deserved better jerky.
A decade on, we're still air-drying 100% MSA grade beef in Perth. The difference is who's at the table. You've grabbed a bag at a kiosk, picked up a box at Costco, subscribed, reviewed, tagged us and told your mates. You didn't just buy jerky. You built this with us.
So this isn't a decade made by us. It's a decade made with you.
FROM ONE RECIPE TO 33 STORES
It started small. A family recipe passed down for over 20 years, beef marinated for more than 24 hours, and patience while the air did its work. Founding directors Brandon, Claudio and Dino started The Jerky Co in Perth with one goal: locally made, premium air-dried meats that tasted better than anything else on the shelf.
Then you started coming back. One kiosk became a handful across WA. WA became NSW and Victoria. Today there are 33 stores nationally, including Perth Airport, plus Costco shelves and our online store. Along the way came new flavours, Truffle Droëwors, The Fruit Jerky Co, Poppa Porky's and a lager called Topside.
Every one of those steps happened because someone took a bag home and wanted another.

TEN YEARS IN, SOME THINGS DON'T CHANGE
We've grown a lot. The way we make jerky hasn't. Every bag still starts with 100% MSA grade beef, marinated for over 24 hours in our signature blends of spices and soy sauce, then air-dried until it's just right.
High in protein. No added preservatives. Made in Australia. Same as day one, and the same for the next ten years.
