Ingredients:
100g of Fatty Biltong
Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Sourdough Bread
Basil & Parsley
Garlic
Instructions:
- Slice up the Fatty Biltong into little pieces.
- Dice up the tomatoes and onion into small cubes and throw into a bowl to start the Bruschetta mix
- Slice up parsley and basil, add to the Bruschetta mix
- Drizzle oil and sprinkle spices, throw in some crushed or sliced garlic
- Pour oil onto a heated pan and place sliced bread into pan
- Lightly back both sides of the bread so it’s toasted
- Place Bruschetta mix onto the bread, spreading it out evenly
- Place the sliced Fatty Biltong onto the mix
- Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar glaze to finish
- Now eat your creation!
