Ingredients:
100g of Fatty Biltong
Avocado
Olive Oil
Smokey Q’s Bull Head BBQ Sauce
Smokey Q’s Chipotle BBQ Rub
Tomato
Onion
Eggs
Sourdough Bread
Basil & Parsley
Instructions:
- Slice up the Fatty Biltong into little pieces.
- Fry the the eggs in the pan, sunny side up.
- Halve and peel the Avocado, then remove the pit from the centre.
- Smash it up! However you like, have a bit of fun with this step.
- Add some Smokey Q Chipotle Rub, small amount of diced tomato and onion.
- Drizzle oil in a pan and toast the bread lightly in a heated pan.
- Once the bread is lightly toasted, top it up with the Smashed Avo mix
- Add the fried egg, Fatty Biltong and then a splash of Smokey Q’s Bulls Head BBQ Sauce!
- Now eat your creation!
