100g of Sliced Pepper Biltong
Smokey Q’s Chipotle Rub
- Slice up the olives, grilled capsicum, eggplant and mozzarella.
- Slice the sourdough roll in half and drizzle the olive oil.
- Place the cheddar cheese on the roll
- Layer the Sliced Pepper Biltong on the roll.
- Add the other sliced ingredients, stacking them up!
- Drizzle some more olive oil on top of the ingredients
- Add some coriander and sprinkle a little bit of the Smokey Q Chipotle Rub
- Place the top bun onto the layered ingredients and slice in halves.
