Ingredients:
- 60ml White Australian Rum
- 1stp Granulated Sugar
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Handful of Mint Leaves
- Soda Water
Instructions:
- Muddle lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker
- Add white rum, ice and soda water to taste
- Shake well
- Strain over ice into a highball glass
- Garnish with mint & lime
- Enjoy!
