Toasted Mint and Rosemary Lamb Biltong Kebab

Ingredients:

100g of Sliced “Lambtong” (Lamb Biltong)
Pre-Grated Cheese
Lettuce Leaves
Cherry Tomatoes
Feta Cheese
Hot Chilli Sauce
Rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Slice up the “Lambtong” into little pieces.
  2. Place wrap in toaster to warm it up a little.
  3. Take wrap out of the toaster and place lettuce leaves onto the wrap.
  4. Add some cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and onion.
  5. Add in your sliced “Lambtong”
  6. Add the grated cheese and spread over the ingredients evenly.
  7. Shake some extra rosemary on top of the other ingredients
  8. Fold up the wrap, tucking in the bottom so all the ingredients don’t spill out!
  9. Place into a sandwich press and toast
  10. Once toasted, place on a cutting board and half the wrap
  11. Now eat your creation!
