You can never have enough cheese... and Biltong!
Jaffles are a staple work lunch meal. They are a tasty toasted bread pocket of joy as we like to call it at The Jerky Co HQ. See how you can prepare your Cheesy Biltong jaffle.

Ingredients:
Easy & Quick Version

2 x Slices of Bread

100g of Sliced Biltong
-
Butter or Margarine
-
Parsley
Instructions:

Butter both pieces of bread.

Slice Biltong (if unsliced).

Place your sliced Biltong onto the buttered bread.

Spread cheese over the biltong until it is completely covered.

Place the other slice of bread on top of the cheese.

Butter the top of that bread and Jaffle press (make it more crispy!)

Place the sandwich into the press, close the lid and let it sizzle

Once it is ready, use a spatula to carry the Cheesy Biltong Sandwich onto a chopping board.

Break in half, and let it cool down, then enjoy!
