Beer Fest - Terms & Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Open to residents of Australia only.

Entry: Entry is automatic upon completing the email sign up form. One entry per person, per email.

Prize: One ULTIMATE Beef & Brew Hamper Hamper from the Jerky Co.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the provided email address. If uncontactable within 14 days, a new winner will be chosen. Winner will only be re-drawn once.

Data Usage: Information collected is solely for use within The Jerky Co marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and won't share your details with third parties.

Draw Date: The draw will take place on 18th of November 2024 at 9:00am. The result will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Delivery: The hamper will be collected from either the Factory in Wangara, or mailed to house address supplied in email correspondence. You will be required to provide a photo ID as proof of age (Over 18 years).
