1. Eligibility:

• This coupon card ('Card') is only available to customers who purchase a burger at The Brook, The Ashby, or The Gate locations.

2. Card Benefits:

• Cardholders are entitled to receive one (1) free bag of Jerky (up to a value of $9.99) with the purchase of $30 or at one of our Jerky Co kiosks.

3. Expiry Date:

• This Card is valid until December 31, 2023.

4. Redemption:

• To redeem the Card, present it to the cashier at the time of purchase.
• The Card can only be used once to claim one free jerky bag to the value of $9.99.

5. Limitations:

• The Card is valid for one-time use only per Card.
• Multiple Cards may not be combined in a single transaction.
• The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

6. Geographic Restrictions:

• The Card is valid only at The Jerky Co kiosk locations.

7. Misuse:

• Any attempt to duplicate, misuse, or tamper with the Card will result in its immediate voiding.

8. No Cash Value:

• The Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

10. Card Usage Restrictions: - The Card may not be used beyond its expiry date (December 31, 2023).

11. Modification or Termination: - The Jerky Co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Card program at any time without prior notice.
